Forum Designer/Manager

This could be the second greatest challenge next to custom theming the whole KAG workflow.  Designing the Forums will have a few prerequisits of knowledge, including Organic Groups, Panels, and maybe Advanced Forums for the sake of knowing whether or not it's wrong for the KAG theming.

Panels are likely crucial, because both the usual posts and the comments will have some profile avatar representation in each.  Panels are the common way to do this... so it's either know enough how they're done, or know enough to see why they aren't the way.

Let me repeat something about the theming from our developer's list: I ulltimately want to get rid of all the "naked text in space."  The background needs the texture, but the text should be served on the platter of another texture, even if it's a flat black one (but glossy is better).  Panels will give the posts and comments a platter for the avatar and message.
